One in four people in the UK will suffer a mental health problem in the course of a year, with one in six in Walsall estimated to be experiencing a mental health problem at any one time. Good mental wellbeing is important for our physical health. People with mental health problems are twice as likely as the general population to experience a long term illness or disability.
