The amount of weight women may gain during pregnancy can vary greatly.

Being overweight increases your risks of developing high blood pressure and diabetes during your pregnancy.

It is important to keep active and eat a balanced diet.

A healthy diet will benefit you and your baby but there is no need to ‘eat for two’ even if you are having twins.
